Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including waitlist details, buyer email, company information, order and payment references, permitted-use certification, support messages, and removal requests. Stripe processes payment-card information; we do not store full card numbers.
We also process technical information such as request identifiers, device and performance data, pages viewed, campaign parameters, security events, and service logs. We use privacy-oriented Vercel analytics and error monitoring configured to redact sensitive fields.
Agricultural prospect data
We compile agricultural business and professional information from reviewed public, government, licensed, directory, association, and permitted enrichment sources. Candidate records are not automatically exportable. Publication requires quality, source, suppression, and contact-approval checks.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the service, manage the launch list, fulfill and reproduce orders, provide support, process removals, improve coverage and quality, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate about USA Ag Data.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help run USA Ag Data, including Vercel, Neon, Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Google Workspace/Gmail, Upstash, Vercel Blob, and Sentry, subject to their roles and agreements. We may disclose information where legally required or in a business transaction involving Unicorn Applications LLC.
Retention and security
We retain order and release records as needed for fulfillment, audit, tax, dispute, and reproducibility purposes. Prior catalog releases are retained for at least 30 days, and may be retained longer where tied to an order or legal obligation. We use access controls, encryption in transit, private file storage, hashed order tokens, logging redaction, and suppression controls.
Your choices and requests
You may opt out of launch emails by replying or contacting support. To request access, correction, removal, suppression, or other applicable privacy rights, use our removal form or email support@usaagdata.com. We may verify identity and authority before acting.
State privacy and data-broker obligations
We evaluate and comply with applicable U.S. state privacy, data-broker registration, notice, access, deletion, opt-out, and suppression obligations. Paid launch remains blocked until counsel approves the applicable compliance posture.
Children and international use
USA Ag Data is a business service not directed to children. It is designed primarily for U.S. agricultural business outreach.
