Identity & role Column Meaning idStable record identifier in our database. farm_or_ranch_nameDisplay name of the farm, ranch, business, or person. entity_kindWhat kind of entity this is (person, farm business, trust, etc.). role_typePrimary role: landowner, operator, producer, farm business, absentee owner, parcel owner, ranch entity, or contact person. rolesAll roles observed across sources, semicolon-separated.
Addresses Mailing address is always present; physical and parcel addresses appear when sources provide them.

Acreage Column Meaning acreage_totalTotal verified acres. Quality scores (0–100) Column Meaning confidence_scoreHow confident we are this record is a real, current ag operation. fit_scoreHow well the record fits typical ag-prospect use. contactability_scoreStrength of available contact channels. freshness_scoreHow recently the record was seen in a source. source_diversity_scoreHow many independent sources corroborate it. conflict_risk_scoreRisk that sources disagree about this record.
Signals Column Meaning crop_signalsObserved crop evidence (corn, soybeans, wheat, …), semicolon-separated. livestock_signalsObserved livestock evidence (cattle, dairy, poultry, …). enrichment_signalsAdditional public evidence (storage bins, irrigation, organic, …).
Contact channels Phone and SMS fields are never included — they stay gated until DNC/TCPA compliance review clears them.
