License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this license, Unicorn Applications LLC grants the purchasing organization a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to use the delivered export for its own lawful business-to-business prospecting, market research, territory planning, and related internal operations.
Authorized users
The buyer may share the export only with its employees and contractors who need it for the licensed purpose, are bound by confidentiality and use restrictions, and act on the buyer’s behalf. The buyer remains responsible for their conduct.
Restrictions
You may not resell, republish, sublicense, pool, contribute, trade, publicly expose, or use the export to create a competing data product. You may not reverse engineer source-protected fields, remove lineage or license notices, attempt reidentification of redacted samples, or circumvent download controls.
You may not use the data for consumer eligibility, FCRA-regulated purposes, sensitive profiling, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or phone/SMS outreach. Email outreach must comply with applicable law, sender policies, opt-outs, and suppression lists.
Updates, suppressions, and provenance
A license applies to the specific catalog release and row membership attached to the order. We may invalidate and regenerate an undownloaded export when a suppression affects it. You must honor removal and opt-out notices you receive independently and maintain your own suppression controls.
Term and termination
The license continues for one year from delivery unless the order states another term. It terminates automatically upon material breach. On termination, stop using and securely delete the export and derived contact lists, except records required by law or maintained solely in suppression lists.
Audit and remedies
We may request reasonable information needed to investigate suspected misuse. Unauthorized distribution or competing-product use may cause irreparable harm and may be subject to injunctive relief in addition to other remedies.
